@melissasarahwee: Hey Fitfam, yesterday was a pretty challenging day. I woke up serious cravings for SUGARY food, I had NO motivation to go workout, and I was DREADING the cardio session I had to put in. (Funny how I used to run marathons and do hours of group X classes. Lol. )
Well, obviously I got off my lazy ass, dragged myself to the gym and did what I had to to- chesticles, biceps & 20min CARDIO. I am stuck at a plateau so the only way I can get leaner is to finally start doing some cardio. I fasted for 20hrs and no I didnβt have any carbs. #ketogenicdiet
So, WHAT motivates me? β¦ β¦ Itβs the hunger for becoming better than I was yesterday.
Itβs the thirst for achieving what seems impossible.
And itβs the love & encouragement from my #FitFam! Yes YOU! β€YOU all motivate me. When you all tell me that I motivate you, you have no idea how much you motivate me as well. It makes me happy when I learn that you push yourself for that extra rep, or walk away from that cake even though you wanted it. Your dedication & desire to self improve feeds my hunger to push myself harder.
